Normandy Beach Invasion: Riley Charity Game '07

The day started out with Akicita and the rest of the Allied forces trying to invade the beach head of Germany using what ever we could to advance on the German fortifications. The Allies managed to advance a good ways onto the beach, but came to a standstill as the Germans were just too strong for them and too fortified to advance any further. So the Germans held the beach for the session one and received to points.

The Allies next mission was to infiltrate the German fuels supply and rescue an informant who was heavily guarded. Both missions were tough as a squad of Paratroopers were dropped behind enemy lines that included several members of Akicita to lead that mission.

The Final battle of the day for the Allies would be to defend there position. Once again, the German forces were to much for the Allies. Facing heavy numbers there battle just could not be won, but all in all the event was for Riley’s Children's Hospital and we all helped raise $1000 dollars for a good cause.
